An active adult 55+ community, Boca Lago has 1,696 homes, including condos, villas, and townhomes with a choice of golf course, greenery, or lake views. Homes in Boca Lago were built between 1978 and 1990. All of the homes are divided among the community’s eight subdivisions: Fairways, Greens, Vistas, Palms, Glades, Pines, Cypress, and Horizons. Unlike the others, Horizons is NOT age restricted.
Boca Pointe is one of the most sought-after country club communities in the area, offering homes and condos that combine the country club lifestyle with affordability. There are more than 3,000 homes within Boca Pointe’s 25 subdivisions, some within a gated area near Boca Pointe Country Club. The club features a large clubhouse with a variety of dining options, as well as golf, tennis, and social memberships. Membership at Boca Pointe Country Club is NOT a requirement for Boca Pointe residents.

A charming townhome community located on the north side of Yamato Road west of Florida’s Turnpike, Whisper Walk at Boca Raton was built in the mid 1980s through the early 1990s. Whisper Walk features two bedroom, two bath townhomes with sizes ranging from 1,200 to 1,800 sq. ft. You’ll enjoy a variety of amenities including the clubhouse, pool, shuffleboard, tennis courts, and more. HOA fees cover maintenance of common areas, lawn care, cable, and other amenities. Built in the 1980s, Woodfield Hunt Club features custom estate residences designed by a variety of Boca Raton builders. Home styles are Mediterranean and each neighborhood has its own manned, gated entrance. Membership in Woodfield Country Club is available, but not required.
